BEDDING PACKAGE
If you rent accommodation, it is mandatory to take a bedding package for all participants. Costs €10 per set. The package with pillowcase, bottom sheet, and duvet cover will be delivered clean and packaged on the day of arrival. The pillow and duvet are provided in the accommodation. You must make the beds yourself. After use, we ask you to return the duvet cover, bottom sheet, and pillowcase to the reception, leaving the duvet cover and pillow in the accommodation.

TOWELS
A towel package consists of a bath towel and a regular-sized towel. You will receive the package upon check-in and return it upon check-out. Costs €8 per package.

KITCHEN SET
A kitchen set consists of a kitchen towel and a tea towel. You will receive the package upon check-in and return it upon check-out. Costs €5 per package.

CAMPFIRE
Making a campfire at your campsite is only allowed with the permission of the manager. If the weather permits, there is a central campfire every evening where you can share the adventures of the day over a drink from the bar.

FISHING
A fishing permit is required if you want to fish in France. This is available online at https://www.cartedepeche.fr/ or at one of the local stores. More info at the reception.

CHANGING
If you want to make changes or (partially) cancel your booking after making your reservation, you must do this exclusively by email (info@boncamping.nl) indicating your name and booking/invoice number. Making a change/cancellation incurs €25 administrative costs. In case of cancellation by the booker, you will be charged a fee,
- for cancellation more than three months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price;
- for cancellation between three and one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price;
- for cancellation within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price;
- for cancellation within one week before the start date, 100% of the agreed price;
